Where it all began

Hanna has always worked in technical industries and brought new and innovative tech to the global market. Over the last decade, she has built and scaled go-to-market strategies, sales organizations, and revenue at disruptive SaaS, Deep tech, and HR tech companies.

Her most recent experience was scaling the unicorn and hyper-growth company Remote.

Today she helps founders and leaders to build high-growth companies and strong brands.

A few of her results in her own words:

→ Scaled revenue with 42x at Remote → Built and hired the sales team (from 2-87 people in 22 countries) at Remote → Built a scalable, repeatable, and automated sales process and business model → Built an audience and a brand on LinkedIn from 6k to 44k+ in one year

Hanna works with startups, scale-ups, and VC’s as an advisor, consultant, and fractional revenue leader with a strong emphasis on go-to-market and growth. When she builds high-performing teams and scale revenue, she strongly believes in the importance of having a relentless focus on the customer, speed, repeatability, execution, culture, and mission.

Leveraging new tech like generative AI tools in your own business

Hanna uses AI as a force multiplier when she creates content for social media and suggests other businesses do the same. It is however important to remember that the human touch is still very much relevant. AI is great for content creation like social media, email, and product descriptions.


How can we create a more diverse tech space?

“I believe that we need to start with this at an early age. In everything from how we speak to our kids, both our daughters and also our sons about different professions. And avoid (sometimes accidentally) assuming that girls prefer girly stuff and that boys prefer boys' stuff. How they are approached in daycare and school matters a lot, and having role models from an early age is crucial. We need to change the narrative together.”
